How Neat Glass Works

A thin, invisible titanium dioxide coating harnesses the power of the sun’s UV rays to loosen dirt so water can rinse it away, leaving windows virtually spotless.

Durable silicone dioxide treatment makes glass smoother as it ages so water disperses evenly, sheets off and evaporates quickly, greatly reducing water spotting.

When water (either rain or water sprayed on the glass) hits the ultra-smooth surface, it disperses evenly, sheets off and evaporates quickly, washing away the grime and leaving glass almost spotless.

Please note, Neat is only available with Sol-R® Shield 270™ and Sol-R® Shield 366™.

Sleek Truth Encore® hardware conveniently folds away and will not interfere with most window coverings. Available in eight designer colours.
Concealed sash locks ensure consistent seal from top to bottom as well as added protection against forced entry. Colour-matched to hardware chosen.
Screens feature concealed spring-loaded fasteners.
Double or triple glazing available with three Sol-R^® glass options to maximize energy efficiency.
To increase the curb appeal of your home, choose from multiple grill types in an array of colours and patterns.

Frame Styles

Comes with a standard 1-1/4″ integral nailing fin for easy installation and a weather tight seal.
A continuous head and sill (commom frame) design gives the 700 series sightlines that maximize glass area and provide a simple and clean interior look.

Interior Accessories

Drywall Return:

Connects to drywall or plywood used as interior jamb on the window frame. Available in white in 1/2”, 11/16”, 3/4″.

Jamb Extension:

A wood or vinyl covering for the inside surface of head, sill and jambs of a window. Available in vinyl, primed and stain grade (hemlock fir). Offered in various sizes to fit all wall depths.

BRICKMOULD

Award offers a range of brickmould options in an array of profiles, sizes and colours to meet all your renovation needs.

Please note, brickmoulds are not available for our 500 series.

Brickmould:

An outside casing around the window which improves appearance. Available in 1-1/2” and 2” in the following colours, from left to right: Sandalwood, Chocolate Brown, Slate Grey, Charcoal, White, Cream, Beige, Forest Green, and Mist Blue.

	1-½” Brickmould (colours may not be exactly as shown)
	2” Brickmould (colours may not be exactly as shown)

Brickmould with Subsill:
A subsill can be added to brickmould applications to collect and drain any moisture to the exterior.

	J-trim Brickmould: Used as an alternative to the traditional J-trim when siding is redone; a groove around the window to slide siding into.
	Exterior Port Cover: A vinyl piece that fits into and hides the exterior accessory groove.
	Rebate Flange: Used in some stucco applications to cover any cut back. Available in 1-5/8″ and 2″.
	Exterior Jamb Extension: Allows for exterior insulation to be applied in northern climates; also used on Insulated Concrete Form (ICF) houses.

Where solar control (unwanted head gain through the glass) is required, Sol-R Shield 270 is an ideal choice.

Sol-R® GAIN 179™ – HIGH SOLAR GAIN GLASS

Sol-R Gain 179 provides excellent insulating capability in cooler weather and is well-suited for passive solar applications.
